Used OLds Special Bb trumpet from late 1948-early 1949. Completely unlacquered at this point, and it does have some minor dings, scratches, etc. The 1948 Olds Special (or Standard) was a product of high craftsmanship, a predecessor to the more modern models that would follow. Its bright, lively sound and flexibility made it a favorite among musicians. No case or mouthpiece included.
