We prefer you schedule an appointment for cleanings and other "larger" repairs such as, extensive dent work or multiple joints that need soldering. This guarantees we can get you instrument back to you in a reasonable time. We do take walk-ins, however, we would have to fit you around our already scheduled repairs.
