This large four piston, fifth rotor valve, CC tuba is ideal for large ensemble playing. It was designed in the late eighties and early 90s in conjunction with Warren Deck, then Principal Tuba for The New York Philharmonic. It produces the massive, focused sound reminiscent of early 20th century American made tubas.
